Shipping & Returns
BUNKERN is subject to force majeure, discontinued and sold out products, and printing and writing errors.
COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS:
All prices on BUNKERNs website is including Danish VAT. All orders are sent by Post Denmarks current rates for private parcels.
If you want to get the package sent to your workplace, then write the address in the comment box.
If you order for more 67, - Euro we send freight free to an address in Denmark. To be sure that Post Denmark deliver the package to the right recipient must be presented valid ID. Valid photo ID may be passport, drivers license or other ID card with photo.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We send the goods after we have registered your payment. Prepay by bank transfer:
Account transfer recorded between 1 to 5 business days after payment.

DELIVERY:
We send to the extent possible, all goods from day to day, except on weekends. Orders will be processed the day after they are posted.
We take reservations that the delivery times may be longer for sold-out products and Products we do not normally stock or goods which must first be produced. All mail sent by Post Denmark and is therefore dependent on their delivery times. This is typically 1 day for letter mail and 1-2 days for parcel post within Denmark.
Backorder TRADE:
BUNKERN will to the extent possible, send the order total to the customer, and we can therefore hold the order, for up to five business days, after which all or part of your order will be shipped to the customer and the transaction is completed.
SOLD OUT PRODUCT:
BUNKERN can maintain order on the sold-out items for up to 30 days, after this period the order is automatically deleted. The deadline may be extended if agreed otherwise by the customer.
Up till
By trading on BUNKERNs shop, you, the customer has 14 days to cancel from the day you receive the goods, according to the law on distance selling. Your 14 day period means that you, the customer can receive product, pack it out and see if it is as expected. If you regret your purchase, you deliver the goods back to BUNKERN and get refunded the money. (Cost of return delivery / shipping to BUNKERN are for own account). Include registration and account number of the account on which you wish to receive back the amount.
Terms of Use right of withdrawal is that BUNKERN get the product (s) received, back in the same condition and quantity as it was delivered.
You should also be aware that withdrawal applies only to a limited extent for products manufactured and tailored to you. This means that, withdrawal is only valid until export, production or adaptation of the product begins.
WARRANTY:
BUNKERN offers 2 year warranty on all products you have purchased from BUNKERN. Period starts from the moment you receive the product and 2 years.
The warranty does not apply to spare parts, wear or use error - only manufacturing defects.
WARRANTY COSTS:
When complaints are accepted, BUNKERN will refund all shipping costs and other costs associated with repairing the defect.
If the error occurred on wear parts, or usage error, the customer is liable even for those costs.
DOCUMENT CLASSIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
It is your responsibility to document when the product was purchased and that it was purchased in BUNKERN. If you can not documentation that the product was purchased in BUNKERN the warranty is nullified.
A copy of the original invoice or invoice number on the transaction counts as evidence in this regard.
REPAIRS:
For repairs to goods bought in BUNKERN given a new warranty on the repaired defects.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS:
On exchange of goods is renewed warranty period to cover 2 years from receipt of goods.
RETURN / EXCHANGE:
Include the item your registration and account number of the account on which you wish to receive back the amount. Exchange for similar product or other products do not cost anything.
INDEX POLICY:
Information collected by BUNKERN will be used solely by BUNKERN. Information can be stored for up to 5 years. A non-adult set up as a customer of BUNKERN may at any time delete and / or blocked as a customer, either by the non-adult persons parents or guardian.
NEWSLETTERS:
By signing up for newsletters BUNKERNs customer agrees to receive electronic advertisements, sent from BUNKERN and information about events and activities.
A customer enrolled BUNKERNs newsletters can unsubscribe at any time to these newsletters by sending an email to kenneth@bunkern.dk containing the wish to be unsubscribed and information about the e-mail address to be unsubscribed. Information on the withdrawal of the newsletters will appear in all newsletters that are sent out.

UPDATE ON WEBSITE CONTENT:
BUNKERNs website is updated regularly, but it may happen that some products are sold out. If you ordered a sold out item we will notify you by. mail or phone within five working day. Prices indicated on BUNKERNs website are valid, as they stand. We are subject to availability, typing and writing errors, and force majeure. You will in these cases be informed of the circumstances and we will try to find and an alternative product.
Special internet offers may occur and these apply only when ordering through our mail order. This will be specified on the product, if this applies to a particular product.

You can not subscribe at BUNKERN.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE Gun: You must be 18 to buy a Gun. You should submit a copy of valid photo ID before the deal is approved. Valid picture ID is any officially issued card that contains an image of the person, and date of birth. Passports, driving licenses and military ID are all valid forms of identification. Health cards and credit cards are not valid.
All ID that we recive will be saved for later use if you were to order at BUNKERN again. You can send the ID to us by. e-mail or a letter.
